This year we had fantastic opportunity to be in the "very first row", next to the fence, couple of hundred meters from the runway, just across of control tower. Red car is our Ford Mondeo.

We had two digital cameras and one classic Minolta X-700 with 35-200mm zoom lenses.

Whole story is written by Dejan

There are two short video shots which Ogi made with his digital still camera

Here would normally be the end of the story. But it is not. About 4:30PM Davor asked me did I switch off radio? I didn't, but we discovered that battery is drained to the bottom, it had just 3 volts. Why? There is why: at 9:30, when we arrived, I left lights on. When air show started at 12:30, all doors were opened, two interior and one boot lights were on, stereo was on full power tuned on official show program, and on top of that, I charged camera's battery several times using DC-AC converter which I built into my Mondeo. Happily, a few meters away was a guy with very same Mondeo, and I had jump cables. Click on the thumbnail on the left and take a look at my face, you'll know how I felt.
